La ristrutturazione di questo appartamento si sviluppa intorno ad un linea. Questa, attraversandolo da cima a fondo diventa il suo il fil rouge che ne unisce i diversi spazi.
La linea, non fisica, è delimitata da un lato da una parete caratterizzata da una rivisitazione contemporanea di un elemento classico come la boiserie. A soffitto è delimitata da un deciso profilo nera che alloggia discreti corpi illuminanti. A pavimento, l’asse del parquet a spina ungherese, entra in risonanza con la linea a soffitto, creando un forte senso prospettico, atto a rendere l’appartamento percettivamente più ampio.
La parete si sviluppa come un filo d’Arianna, ospitando elementi più tecnici nascosti dietro porte di servizio “segrete”.
L’utilizzo di materiali “smart” ci ha permesso di portare a termine una ristrutturazione dalle linee evocativamente classiche con un budget contenuto.
The renovation of this apartment is developed around a line. that becomes a fil rouge across the apartment that unites the different spaces.
The non-physical line is delimited on one side by a wall characterized by a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic element of the boiserie. On the ceiling it is delimited by a strong black profile that hosts discreet lighting fixtures. On the floor, the axis of the Hungarian herringbone wooden floor, picks up with the line on the ceiling, creating a strong sense of perspective, able to make the apartment perceptually wider.
The wall develops like an Ariadne's thread, hosting more technical elements hidden behind "secret" service doors.
The use of "smart" materials allowed us to complete a renovation with evocatively classic lines on a limited budget.
